01. Overview

The Crafted Reserve Club (“Club”) is a recurring membership program offered by Crafted House.

Members receive a curated selection of handcrafted products on a quarterly basis, along with access to exclusive offerings and a store credit-based reward system known as the “Crafted Reserve.”

Membership is available within the United States only.

02. Membership Plan & Billing

Membership is billed at $75 every 3 months (quarterly).

Payments are automatically charged to the payment method provided at checkout.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Applicable sales taxes and payment processing fees are included in pricing and absorbed into the membership pricing structure.
03. What’s Included in Membership

Each quarterly membership includes:

💰 Crafted Reserve Credit

Members receive $15 Crafted Reserve credit per billing cycle. Credits are added to the member’s account after each successful payment.

04. Crafted Reserve Credit — Store Value System

Crafted Reserve is a promotional store credit issued as part of the membership program.

Credits are redeemable only toward eligible Crafted House products.

Crafted Reserve cannot be redeemed for membership or subscription renewals, shipping charges, taxes, cash withdrawals, refunds, or transfers outside the Crafted House store system.

Balance Accumulation

Each active membership cycle adds $15 to the member’s Crafted Reserve balance.

Crafted Reserve balances accumulate automatically while the membership remains active.

Unused balances remain available for future eligible purchases in accordance with the cancellation policy below.

05. Cancellation, Reactivation & Grace Period

Members may cancel at any time through their account dashboard.

Cancellation stops future billing but does not affect already-earned Crafted Reserve credits.

Post-Cancellation Credit Access

Upon cancellation, members retain access to their remaining Crafted Reserve balance for 90 days.

If the member reactivates within this 90-day period, their full remaining balance and account status are restored.

After 90 days of cancellation, any unused Crafted Reserve balance may expire.

06. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is available within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after billing.

Delivery times generally range from 2–7 business days depending on location.

Crafted House is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect customer shipping information.

07. Returns, Refunds & Product Issues

Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are final.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind or unused membership benefits.

Replacements or refunds may be provided for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery and include photo evidence.

08. Product Availability & Substitutions

Crafted House reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if a product becomes unavailable.

Seasonal and limited-edition products may vary by quarter.

09. Allergens & Food Disclaimer

Products may contain or be processed in facilities that handle nuts, peanuts, dairy, and other allergens.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to consumption.

Crafted House is not liable for allergic reactions or dietary-related issues.

10. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account and payment information.

All activity under a customer account is the responsibility of the account holder.

Crafted House is not responsible for unauthorized account access due to user negligence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crafted House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or membership program.

12. Promotions & Changes

Crafted House reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue promotions, membership perks, or product offerings at any time.

Promotional benefits do not apply retroactively unless explicitly stated.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

14. System Clarification
Crafted Reserve is a store credit-based rewards system and does not represent a bank account, deposit account, or cash value instrument.

It is a promotional membership benefit designed for use within Crafted House only.

Crafted Reserve
Crafted Reserve is promotional store credit issued as a membership benefit. Credits may accumulate while membership remains active and may be used toward eligible Crafted House products.
Cancellation & Reactivation
Members may cancel through their account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing but does not remove already-earned credits. Remaining credit remains available for 90 days after cancellation, subject to the applicable membership policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Membership is available within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days after billing, followed by estimated delivery within 2–7 business days.
Returns & Product Issues
Because food products are perishable, membership sales are generally final. Crafted House may provide replacements or refunds for damaged, defective or incorrect items. Claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Product Availability
Product selections may vary from quarter to quarter. If an item becomes unavailable, Crafted House may provide a substitute of equal or greater value.
